Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the EduMark University Fee Payment Portal. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms.
1. Fee Payments
By using this Service, you agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your account in a timely manner. All payments are processed through a third-party payment gateway (Razorpay). We are not responsible for any errors arising from the payment gateway.
2. Refunds
All fee payments made through this portal are final and non-refundable, except as required by university policy. If you believe there has been an error, please contact support immediately.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the confidentiality of your account information, including your Roll Number. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall EduMark University be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
