1. General Policy: Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Please verify student details carefully before making a payment.
2. Double Payments: If a technical error causes a double payment for the same fee, the excess amount will be refunded automatically to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
3. Transaction Failures: If money is deducted but the receipt is not generated, please contact support with your Transaction ID. Do not pay again immediately.
